Introduction to Women's Self Defense |

| “Introduction to Women’s Self Defense” will be held on April 11, 18, 25 and May 2, 2010 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Bridgewater Senior Center, 10 Wally Krueger Way. This is a progressive four-week course instructed by Bridgewater Police Detective Carl MacDermott. This training is being offered to women age 15 and older and contains actual police cases, demonstrations, physical hands-on techniques, mace training and actual interaction between students and instructors.
