Introduction to Women's Self Defense |

| “Introduction to Women’s Self Defense” will be held on April 1, 15, 22 and 29, 2012 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Bridgewater Senior Center, 10 Wally Krueger Way. This is a progressive four-week course instructed by Bridgewater Police Sergeant Carl MacDermott and Bridgewater Police Officer Scott Hile. This training is being offered to women age 15 and older and contains actual police cases, demonstrations, physical hands-on techniques, mace training and actual interaction between students and instructors.
